The Olathe Lightning was founded in 1992 as a not-for-profit competitive swim team. We have a dedicated coaching staff and a supportive parent board that work to create a positive atmosphere for all swimmers. Together we encourage maximum participation, provide an educational experience, enhance physical and mental conditioning and develop a rich base of swimming talent. Families are an important part of the Lightning team and your family comes first with us. We work with you to make the Lightning team a positive experience for your entire family. We are sanctioned under Missouri Valley Swimming and are members of USA Swimming.
